Disappointed with both my reception and my room

I recently stayed at the Excellence Punta Canta resort in the Dominican Republic and was very disappointed with both my reception and my room. I was first recieved by Mr. Ibhar who was not sensitive to my requested room type. Then my rooms were over run with roaches all over the place. My room numbers were 14014 and 7111. Far, far, far from excellent.
