This partnership came to fruition, on December 15, 2000, with the opening of Excellence resort Punta Cana.

This was the first luxury Punta Cana resort in the Dominican Republic.

'The Excellence Punta Cana is an adult only Dominican resort and offers all inclusive hotel packages for Caribbean vacations.'

It is specialized in hotel management and international real estate development. The majority of Excellence business is dedicated to the creation and management of luxury resorts throughout the Caribbean.

In addition to Excellence Punta Cana, it currently owns and manages Excellence Rivera Cancún.
