La Romana Dominican Republic

Hello,

In 1998 I went to the 'Hotel Club Viva Dominicus' near the town la Romana in the Dominican Republic. La Romana is not the popular Punta Cana which might be the reason it is harder to find an update about this town and the resorts there. I loved it and want to go back there maybe this year. Because it has been a while I was wondering if this resort is still any good? I hope somebody could share this information with me.

Hello Linda,

I am really happy for you that you liked the Viva Dominicus resort. Unfortunately I can't share this excitement. Of course every resort in the Dominican Republic has a beautiful beach, all inclusive plans etc, but the Dominicus just is not the resort I would visit again. In my opinion the best resorts can only be found in Punta Cana. I hope you do not mind sharing my experiences with you.
