He was a native architect who gave you the name 'Santiago de los Caballeros' or as we would say in English 'Saint James of the Knights'.

Located in the middle of the Cibao Valley, which is in the center of the Dominican Republic and near three mountain ranges, Santiago in the Dominican Republic really finds itself on one of the best Dominican grounds of this Caribbean island called Hispanolia.
