The Cayman Islands

In 2008 I went with my husband to the Cayman Islands. We both love the Caribbean and the many islands where you can spent your tropical vacations. Over the years we have been to some amazing countries.

The Dominican Republic is one of them and will be visited by us again in October this year. My husband favours the Dominican Republic although I have good memories to the Cayman Islands we visited in 2008. The Caribbean resort we had booked was called the "Grand Cayman Marriott Beach Resort" which has the most beautiful beach stretching along Grand Cayman Island with Cruise ships located about 1 mile away from this resort. If I am not mistaken this Caribbean beach is about seven miles long.

I think it is the balanced combination of tourism, culture, friendly natives and amazing wildlife that made the Cayman Islands one of my favourites.
